Set in Mayberry, North Carolina, The Andy Griffith Show ran for eight years and starred Griffith as small town sheriff Andy Taylor. But, behind the scenes, some of the actors didn’t get along as well as their on-screen characters did. The show’s unforgettable characters cemented their places in television history and in the hearts of generations of the show’s fans.
